We make our pegs between 5/1000in to 10/1000in over their nominal size to ensure a snug fit. However, because of the variation in drill bit sizes, we recommend not drilling any holes before you have the pegs and can confirm the size.

Because of the vast variation in our products, most of your orders are "Made to Order" and must be turned to your custom diameter, length and chamfer. This means that they will take a little longer to ship, depending on how busy we are at the time.

We do keep some common products in stock, and therefore "Ready to Ship". These orders will generally take less time to ship.

Our website doesn't support UPS freight shipping, so if your order is over 150lbs, you might not always get the cheapest shipping option. To get the cheapest option, use the custom/bulk order form.

The custom/bulk order is for getting the best shipping prices on big (over 150lbs) orders and for requesting less common size/length pegs (for example, 1in x 7.5in double chamfers).

When you fill out the form, we will review it, and send you a payable invoice. Once that is paid, we will begin working on your order.

We have a minimum order quantity because setting up our machines for a given size takes some time! However, if you want to purchase under 50 pegs, use a custom order and a $25 handling fee will be added to the purchase.
